Italpaper offers its boxes in different shapes, sizes and colours, respecting the needs of each customer.
Traditional Boxes
The classic cake boxes and classic pastry boxes can be customized with two different types of printing: hot printing and continuous flexographic printing.
Hot printing is traditionally done on two or four sides; its peculiarity is guaranteed by the perfect balance between pressure, print temperature, quality of the cardboard and the brightness of its colours that never loses its gleam.
Continuous flexographic printing, a well-established printing technology, ensures excellent print quality while providing a high level of invariable colour.
Our boxes show a triple-layer structure:
an outer layer in glossy cardboard, in which water-based ink printing is carried out;
an internal layer of refurbished cardboard, to manage proper sustainable development and ensure environmental protection;
an additional polyethene or golden film inner coating, which is in direct contact with the food, to ensure absolute food suitability and avoid the risk of alteration of the product, thus giving greater resistance and protection from dampness. Also, since the percentage of polyethene is very low, the box received the certification of Recyclable Level A Material, suitable for disposal on paper and cardboard.

Other boxes proposed by Italpaper include sweet boxes for pastries and treats, with golden colour interior, easy to assemble and customizable with hot print on its lid.
Besides, the Company still offers cake boxes, made of durable cardboard, laminated if the customer prefers, with a front opening; These boxes can be personalized with centred or repeated printing.
Among the wide range of boxes that Italpaper offers you cannot miss the chocolate boxes and the cookie boxes. The chocolate boxes can be made with a cardboard lid as well as a transparent lid in PVC, to stimulate the customer’s view.
